Ghorepani Poonhill trekking follows to the top of Poonhill, north of Pokhara that presents short but rewarding trip into the Annapurna region. This trail goes through patchwork valleys, dense mossy forests and past icy waterfalls where you can stop to cool yourself. Ghorepani Poonhill trekking lies in the Annapurna foothills to the view point of Poonhill which is regarded as the best location for trekking that provides a great chance to enjoy with charming villages residing by the Gurungs, Magars, ethnic groups, dense rhododendron forest full of birds and deep sub-tropical valley all set below the Annapurna with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhre (fishtail) dominating the horizon. At the climax of your trip, you will climb Poon hill at dawn to enjoy one of the most spectacular mountains on the earth. As the sunlight appears on the face of snow-capped giants, Dhaulagiri (8,167m) and Annapurna (8,091m) along with a maze of other peaks slowly begin to grow, like magic, before you. Ghorepani/Ghandruk trekking is such a rewarding trek that can be embraced by everyone.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara 914m.

Day 04: Pokhara - Nayapul 1070m. by car & trek to Tikhedhunga 1480m.

Day 05: Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani 2860m.

Day 06: Ghorepani to Poon Hill 3210m. to Tadapani 2630m.

Day 07: Tadapani to Ghandruk 1950m.

Day 08: Ghandruk to Pokhara 914m.

Day 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu
