Golf in Nepal

Late King Mahendra along with royal members used to patron this club. Nepal Golf club is very famous for foreign dignities and conferred the title in 1911. Nepal Golf club course has 9 holes Golf course where 25 annually held golf tournaments and best only Nepal open tournaments for professionals. This Golf club is very famous for the excellent view of Ganesh and Langtang Himal. There is the largest and modern club house in Nepal where refreshing meal and beer can be taken after games.

iii) Himalayan Golf Course (9 holes), Pokhara

Pokhara, one of the world's popular tourist cities has another major attraction for a tourist that is Golf course in Himalayan Golf course with 6900 yards per 73 with 11 greens and different tree positions. It is 220 km west of Kathmndu, just 7 km from the city centre of Pokhara. It is very beautiful golfing course nestled just above 250 ft above the river canyon. It is located in a sprawling canyon created by the meting snow waters of Bijayapur River which is very interesting and exciting.
